Job Summary
Build and shape inventory control standards across a growing European warehouse network by acting as the inventory control subject matter expert. Drive stock accuracy, physical inventory processes, and inventory best practices across multiple warehouse locations. Identify opportunities, establish robust processes, influence stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement with minimal supervision. Engage and motivate teams across Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service to create a culture of inventory ownership and accountability.
