Job Summary
Manage stock allocation, reconciliation, and audits by receiving, tracking, and reconciling inventory for sales activities while conducting regular audits to catch discrepancies early. Oversee end-to-end inventory movement including timely returns to the warehouse and maintain depot standards to reflect operational culture. Troubleshoot product issues, coordinate in-warranty repairs, and handle customer interactions efficiently while producing daily stock status reports to keep the operation visible and accountable.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in stock management or a customer-facing operations role, ideally within a retail or logistics environment
- Strong command of Excel
- Ability to analyse stock data
- Ability to identify trends
- Ability to act on discrepancies with precision
- A college diploma or degree in a relevant field
- Sharp attention to detail
- Genuine commitment to accuracy
