Job Summary
Stock Clerk responsible for receiving, storing, inventorying, and issuing a wide range of items including IMRL gear, tools, and supplies for military aviation operations. Duties include counting and verifying receipts, maintaining stock records, preparing requisitions, filling orders, performing periodic inventories, issuing stock from stockrooms or warehouses, and managing stock adjustments. Must follow HAZMAT procedures, maintain lockers, and participate in spill/drill training. Proficiency with MAXIMO/ATICTS and basic Microsoft Office is valued; prior experience in an aviation maintenance tool room and knowledge of naval aviation tools are desirable. Must be a US citizen and able to pass a DoD background check; able to lift at least 50 pounds. Equal opportunity employer. The role operates in a hangar/warehouse environment.
Required Qualifications
- US citizenship and ability to pass a DoD background check
- experience with inventory management and stock reconciliation
- ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- experience with MAXIMO and ATICS data systems is a plus
- knowledge of Naval Aviation hand tools and measuring devices is desirable
- experience in an aviation maintenance tool room is desirable
- awareness of Hazardous Materials handling and related procedures
- ability to operate in a hangar/warehouse environment
