Job Summary
Stock Clerk responsible for stocking groceries, ensuring FIFO rotation and product quality, building organized displays, fronting and pricing visibility, handling damages/credits, assisting customers in locating items, returning returns to proper shelves, maintaining a clean stockroom and store, collecting carts, cleaning floors, and performing cashier duties as needed. Emphasizes strong knowledge of store products, customer service, safety, and teamwork; includes both stocking and cashier responsibilities, with benefits for full-time and part-time roles. Requires 16+ and ability to lift up to 50 pounds, plus flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- High school education preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be able to frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and reaching.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a focus on teamwork and customer service.
- Willingness to assist in cashier duties and perform other store-related tasks as needed.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
