Job Summary
Stock Associate responsible for receiving shipments, maintaining inventory records, organizing stockroom and off-site locations, and replenishing the sales floor after shipments or during recovery periods. Duties include scanning shipments, logging inventory, ticketing merchandise, organizing stock by department, ensuring safe storage and easy location of items, assisting on the sales floor during peak times, providing feedback on inventory levels and damages, and following store policies to minimize loss. Strong attention to detail, customer service orientation, ability to lift items up to 75 pounds, and experience with a scanning/ POS system are valued; availability for full-time work with weekend flexibility is expected. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years customer service experience preferred and stockroom (or related work.) experience
- Proven ability to operate and read scanning equipment
- Ability to lift and carry medium-to-large items, weighing up to 100 lbs.
- Full time associates are expected to have open availability to meet the needs of the business.
- Part-Time Flex associates must be available to work a minimum of two regularly scheduled shifts on the weekend and two during the week
