Job Summary
The Stock Associate (Brand Representative) is responsible for driving revenue through exceptional guest service and product knowledge. Key responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized store environment, completing sales associate tasks, processing transactions accurately, adhering to loss prevention practices, and assisting in merchandising and inventory preparation. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, be physically able to perform store tasks, and maintain a positive guest interaction while following the company’s service standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and/or squatting frequently
- Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance
