Job Summary
Assists the management team in driving sales while ensuring a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities include training new associates, maintaining merchandise control and a clean store environment, processing incoming and outgoing shipments, supporting an organized stockroom, and contributing to merchandising efforts. Must develop strong customer relationships, achieve sales goals, potentially act as a sales associate, and lead the store in capturing customer emails. Successful candidates will be organized, team-focused, possess strong communication skills, and work flexible hours.
