Job Summary
Process store merchandise to the selling floor, replenishing inventory and providing product knowledge to guests. In partnership with the Stock Coordinator, manage daily stock room operations to ensure shipping supply levels remain neat and orderly. Process all inbound and outbound shipments accurately and timely in accordance with Retail Operations Policies and Procedures. Actively participate in store meetings, generate reports, and communicate inventory-related inquiries or discrepancies. This role requires 2+ years of guest service and stock experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently. The position involves routine standing for up to 8 hours and working varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Rate range is $15.00 to $21.00/hr. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of guest service and stock experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Willingness to perform other duties as required that are necessary to support the business
- Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
- Bending/stooping/kneeling required – frequently
- Climbing ladders – frequently
- Routine standing for duration of shift (up to 8 hours)
- Ability to work varied hours and days including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
