Job Summary
Stock Associate responsible for customer service, quality control, and inventory management in the Brooklyn store. Tasks include checking product quality, handling inquiries and returns, setting up and maintaining store displays, processing incoming shipments, verifying invoices against orders, maintaining food safety standards, and providing friendly, professional service to customers. The role involves assisting customers front of store, using rolling ladders to reach stock, organizing shelves and displays, and ensuring accurate inventory. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be available during a roughly 8:00 am–5:00 pm schedule with weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to read, write and do simple math problems
- Ability to interpret, understand and follow instructions and solve problems
- Able to work well with others as a team member
