Job Summary
Build department sales by making product recommendations, answering questions, and assisting guests while stocking shelves and managing displays. Receive and verify deliveries, merchandise products, and maintain cleanliness of the back room and sales floor. Operate POS systems, cardboard balers, and powered pallet jacks as needed, rotating product to minimize out-of-dates. Adhere to safe food handling practices and meet stocking efficiency goals. Work flexible schedules with daily pay available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, including written, verbal and listening skills
- Proficient selling skills to ask questions, listen and make product recommendations
- Proficient cleaning abilities to meet sanitation and visual standards
Desired Qualifications
- Certification for Hi Lo / Powered Pallet Jack
