Stock Associate

Process inventory product flow by receiving, handling, and organizing merchandise to ensure sales floor availability. Replenish stock to the sales floor as needed, ensuring products are accessible, available, sized, and filled. Maintain organization and cleanliness of shipping areas and stock rooms while supporting store leadership. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries regarding product features, benefits, and availability, assisting consumers with final purchase decisions. Work a flexible retail schedule that changes seasonally and in response to location-specific business trends.
