Job Summary
Process inventory product flow by receiving, handling, and organizing merchandise to ensure sales floor availability. Replenish stock to the sales floor as needed, ensuring products are accessible, available, sized, and filled. Support store operations by acquiring knowledge of product features, store procedures, and protocols. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries regarding product benefits and availability, and assist with final purchase decisions. Maintain organization and cleanliness of shipping areas and stock rooms while operating POS systems. Work a flexible retail schedule that may change seasonally and in response to business trends.
