Job Summary
Stockroom Associate at Crocs, Banbridge. Receive, inspect and organize new shipments; label and stock items in designated areas; maintain organized stockroom and assist with inventory counts and audits. Support store operations to meet sales and service targets, coach training and accountability, and contribute to a positive team environment. Learn and assist across departments including consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock room management; support daily execution of retail operations such as POS usage, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty promotions, and maintaining store cleanliness and recovery standards.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of total retail and stockroom experience
- Flexibility in work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive approach to completing tasks
- Commitment to representing Crocs as a brand ambassador
- Ability to learn & assist in various store departments (consumer service, product knowledge, placement, visual presentation, stock room management)
- Experience with POS system management and stock replenishment
