Job Summary
Achieve sales goals and develop lasting client relationships by providing the highest level of customer service and resolving all client problems quickly. Monitor post-sale details including shipping, alterations, and special requests to ensure satisfaction while maintaining an in-depth knowledge of merchandise and market trends. Keep the selling floor and stockroom neat, organized, and stocked by assisting with inventory, receiving protocols, and executing all relevant register functions. Comply with all sales, point-of-sale, and company policies and procedures while adhering to the work schedule.
