Job Summary
Stock Allocation Manager, Demand to Supply at Sika leads RDC by-demand to supply inventory optimization using forecast data to maintain optimal stock levels, collaborate across Sales, Supply Chain, Operations and Customer Service, and drive KPI improvements. Role requires hands-on use of SAP or Oracle ERP for inventory planning and analytics, leadership of a small team (2 direct reports), cross-functional coordination, and strong data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities include monitoring shipment performance vs forecast, proposing timely stock replenishment, reducing waste risk, optimizing service levels and inventory turnover, managing expiration risk, and supporting end-to-end supply chain optimization including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics, and collaboration with APAC/Global teams. English communication for reporting and correspondence is required; occasional plant visits from the Tokyo-based Akasaka Sales Office are expected.
Required Qualifications
- SAPまたはOracle ERPを用いた在庫管理・需給計画・分析業務経験(5年以上)
- Inventory Planning、Master Data管理に関する理解
- サプライチェーンでの業務経験(5年以上)の内、3年以上はinventory planning、demand planning allocation、supply planningのいずれかの実務経験
- Cross functional coordination経験
- KPI管理・業務改善プロジェクトを主導した経験
- チームリードまたはピープルマネジメント経験(3年以上)
- 英語によるメール対応およびレポート作成ができる方
