Job Summary
PRN State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) at Forest Hills Healthcare Center in Cincinnati, OH. Provide personal/nursing care in accordance with resident care plans; participate in and receive resident reports at start/end of shift; facilitate activities; monitor and respond to resident requests and needs in a dignified and respectful manner; maintain a clean, pleasant, and safe environment; assist in preparing residents for activities inside and outside the center; ensure all resident care is provided per policies; perform basic nursing care procedures as required; maintain documentation for activities of daily living and restorative programs; participate in training and orientation to maintain certification. Requires a high school diploma or GED and graduation from an approved Nurse Aide Training Program. Pay range is $19.00–$22.75 per hour. Job Type: PRN.
