Job Summary
Provide direct patient care as an STNA under supervision of licensed nurses; assist with ADLs, basic care, hygiene, vital signs, wound care, and medication administration; maintain resident care records; collaborate with the health care team to implement care plans; participate in training; flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays; lifting and moving residents as needed.
Required Qualifications
- State-Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in Ohio
