Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility transfers while monitoring their physical and emotional well-being. Provide support and companionship to foster a caring environment, maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas, and uphold infection control protocols. Document food intake as necessary and report any changes in resident status to nursing staff. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance skills. Requires current State Tested Nurse Aide certification and physical ability to assist with mobility.
