Job Summary
Provide direct care to residents according to their individualized care plans. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility. Encourage resident independence and monitor physical and emotional well-being, reporting changes to supervisors. Maintain a safe and clean environment while supporting residents during meals. Requires completion of a Nursing Assistant or CNA program and certification, along with strong communication and time-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant or CNA program and current certification in states where required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in senior care or healthcare preferred
