Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility transfers. Measure and record vital signs, monitor skin conditions, and document all care in the electronic health record. Ensure resident safety by adhering to infection control protocols, maintaining a clean environment, and providing emotional support and social engagement. Report changes in physical, emotional, or behavioral conditions to the supervising nurse and participate in care plan meetings. Requires current State Tested Nursing Assistant certification, high school diploma, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
