Job Summary
Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care, while helping maintain a safe and comfortable home environment. Provide one-on-one patient care, communicate changes in patient condition to the care team, and build meaningful relationships with patients and families. Flexible part-time schedule (3 days per week, usually Mon-Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM) with guaranteed base hourly rate, mileage reimbursement, and benefits. Post-acute/home-health focus with emphasis on helping patients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
Required Qualifications
- STNA, CNA, or 75-hour Nurse Aide Training
- 1+ year of caregiving experience
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
