Job Summary
Provide one-on-one personal care to patients at home, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and helping maintain a safe, comfortable home environment. Communicate changes in patient condition to the care team and complete required documentation. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families. Qualifications include STNA, CNA, or 75-hour Nurse Aide Training, 1+ year caregiving experience, and a valid driver's license with auto insurance. Flexible part-time schedule (3 days per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM) with mileage reimbursement and benefits.
