Job Summary
Provide personal and nursing care to residents per individual care plans; participate in shift handoffs and resident reports; assist residents with activities of daily living; respond to resident requests in a compassionate, respectful manner; maintain a clean, safe environment and assist with activities outside the center; document care and activities, maintain records for ADLs, and participate in ongoing training to maintain certification and improve quality of care; uphold infection control standards and company policies; contribute to a caring, team-focused workplace supporting residents and families.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program
