Job Summary
State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) sought at Columbus Healthcare Center to join a patient-centered nursing team. Responsibilities include providing personal and nursing care per the resident care plan, participating in and documenting resident reports at shift start/end, facilitating activities, responding to resident requests with dignity, maintaining a clean and safe environment, assisting with meals and activities, and ensuring accurate documentation of activities of daily living and restorative programs. Must support safety, infection control, and policy adherence; participate in scheduled training to maintain certification and quality of care. Starting wages up to $24.40/hour vary by shift and experience; multiple shifts available including part-time and PRN, with daily pay option.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program
- State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
