Job Summary
Part-time STNA Nursing Assistant needed at Chardon Healthcare Center. Responsibilities include participating in shift start/end resident reports, providing personal/nursing care per the resident care plan, facilitating activities, responding to resident needs with dignity, maintaining a clean, safe environment, preparing residents for activities, documenting care, and adhering to policies and procedures. Requires completion of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program and being a state-tested nursing assistant.
