Job Summary
State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) needed to provide routine nursing and personal care for residents per care plan. Responsibilities include receiving resident reports at shift start/end, assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring resident requests, maintaining a clean and pleasant environment, assisting with meals, documenting care, participating in training, and supporting the team to ensure high-quality care. Offers part-time roles with shifts that may include weekends; starting wages up to $24/hour (based on experience and shift) and weekend pay up to $26/hour, plus benefits such as daily pay, tuition reimbursement, uniforms, health plans, life insurance, and 401(k). Eligible new hires should complete nurse aide training and pass the state test within 120 days.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program or eligible to enter such a program and graduate and pass a state test within 120 days from date of employment
