Job Summary
The STNA provides essential resident care in a healthcare, long-term care, or assisted living facility under nurse supervision. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, oral hygiene), helping with mobility and transfers, aiding with meals and hydration, monitoring changes in residents, recording vital signs, and documenting care in EHR. Collaborates with nursing staff to implement care plans, ensures safety and infection control, and supports residents with social and recreational activities; benefits include health coverage, 401k, PTO, and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current and active State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
