Job Summary
STNA role providing essential direct care to residents in a healthcare/long-term care setting. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, mobility/transfer assistance, feeding and hydration, vital signs, monitoring for changes in resident condition, accurate documentation in EHR, infection control, and collaborative care planning. Must maintain compassionate, patient-centered care, ensure safety and dignity, and work with nursing staff to support residents’ well-being. Requires strong communication, teamwork, and basic medical terminology understanding; new graduates welcome. Night shift and weekend night shifts with differential pay. Education: high school diploma or equivalent; certification as STNA currently active.
