Job Summary
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse, including assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and transfers. Take and record vital signs, serve meals, maintain a clean environment, and observe or report changes in patient conditions to nursing staff. Requires State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification, one year of hospice experience preferred, and a driving license.
