Job Summary
Provide non-medical in-home care to seniors, including personal care assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands. Follow care plans, assist with daily living activities, and support clients to remain in their own homes. Communicate effectively with clients and families, maintain safety and dignity, and participate in ongoing training. Flexible part-time schedule with opportunities for overnights; referral bonuses and mileage reimbursement may be available. Requires valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle; background check and good communication skills are essential.
