STNA Full-Time Nightshift

Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding while monitoring vital signs and reporting changes in condition. Measure temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration as directed, document care in electronic health records, and maintain intake and output records. Ensure resident safety by adhering to infection control guidelines, practicing proper hand hygiene, and using personal protective equipment as required. Provide emotional support, promote resident independence, and participate in care plan meetings to contribute to individualized care plans.
