Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding, while monitoring their physical and emotional conditions. Measure and record vital signs, track intake and output, and document care provided in the electronic health record. Ensure resident safety by adhering to infection control guidelines, maintaining a clean environment, and practicing proper hand hygiene. Provide compassionate emotional support, facilitate social activities, and collaborate with nursing staff to develop individualized care plans. Participate in care plan meetings and assist with transportation to appointments as needed. Requires current State Tested Nursing Assistant certification and a high school diploma.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current and active State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification

- Previous experience in a healthcare, long-term care, or assisted living setting
