Job Summary
Join Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care as a CNA (STNA) in Northeast Ohio. Provide compassionate end-of-life care to patients and support families. Evening shifts from 3:00pm to 11:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Completed Ohio State Department of Health Competency Test (75-hour minimum)
- Certified as a nurses' aide with unrestricted, active certification
- 1 year of current experience as a Hospice Aide or Nurses Aide
- Reliable vehicle/transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Hospice or Home Health Agency experience preferred
- Interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients and families
- Ability to learn software related to clinical records
