Job Summary
One-on-one in-home care for clients in Mentor, OH, providing direct client care and assistance with daily activities to support independence and well-being. Responsibilities include ADLs, medication reminders, transportation, companionship, and home exercise; perform personal grooming tasks, maintain a safe/clean environment, keep detailed records of care, and communicate with clients and healthcare team. Part-time role (~15 hrs/week) with potential to transition to full-time as new clients come on. Requires reliable transportation and basic in-home care equipment experience (e.g., hoyer lift).
Required Qualifications
- CNA/STNA certification desired, but not needed.
- Experience in home care is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to take drug test and background check.
