Job Summary
Provide direct client care in the home, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication reminders, transportation, and home exercise. Perform personal grooming and hygiene tasks such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support. Maintain a safe environment by handling laundry, light cleaning, and cooking. Keep accurate records of client care and progress while communicating effectively with the healthcare team. Act quickly and responsibly in case of emergency. Possess experience with Hoyer lift and other in-home care equipment. Maintain a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
