Job Summary
Provide direct client care in the home, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication reminders, transportation, and companionship. Handle personal grooming, hygiene tasks like bathing and dressing, and mobility support. Manage laundry, light cleaning, and cooking while maintaining a safe environment. Respond quickly and responsibly to emergencies. Keep accurate records of client care and communicate effectively with clients and the healthcare team. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and experience with Hoyer lifts.
