Job Summary
Provide direct client care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, medication reminders, transportation, companionship, and home exercise. Support clients with laundry, light cleaning, and cooking while maintaining a safe and clean environment. Keep accurate records of client care and progress, communicate effectively with the healthcare team and management, and respond quickly to emergencies. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to use equipment like a Hoyer lift. CNA/STNA certification desired but not required.
