Job Summary
Provide direct client care in a home setting, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication reminders, transportation, and home exercise. Perform personal grooming and hygiene tasks such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support, while managing laundry, light cleaning, and cooking. Maintain a safe environment, keep accurate care records, and communicate effectively with clients and the healthcare team. Act quickly and responsibly in case of emergency. Possibility of full-time conversion as new clients are added. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record required.

- Ability to perform all essential job functions
- Experience with hoyer lift and other in home care equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient attitude towards clients
- Willing to take drug test and background check
- Reliable transportation
