Job Summary
Provide direct client care in the home, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication reminders, transportation, companionship, and home exercise. Assist with personal grooming, hygiene, and mobility while maintaining a safe and clean environment. Manage laundry, light cleaning, and cooking tasks. Act quickly and responsibly in case of emergency. Keep accurate records of client care and progress while communicating effectively with the healthcare team and management. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record required.
