Job Summary
STNA position responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living and personal care per care plans; duties include hygiene, feeding, transporting, vital signs, documentation, admissions/discharges/transfers, and reporting changes to nursing leadership. Requires HS diploma or equivalent and active OH nursing assistant certification; prior senior living/hospice/long-term care experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills essential; ability to multitask and work collaboratively with staff in a full-time role.
Required Qualifications

- Active Nursing Assistant certification from the state of Ohio
