Job Summary
STNA position in an assisted living community in Cincinnati, OH. Responsibilities include taking and recording vital signs, measuring and recording height/weight/fluid intake, recognizing abnormal changes and reporting to a supervisor, assisting with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, and escort services, transfers and mobility, skin care, contributing to assessments and care plans, providing nursing rehabilitation/restorative services, caring for residents with dementia, following resident needs schedules, providing emotional and social support, protecting resident rights and confidentiality, familiar with emergency equipment and procedures, participating in training and staff meetings, and maintaining safety and professional demeanor. Requires High School Diploma/GED, 0-3 months related experience or training, CNA licensure if required by state, basic computer skills, teamwork, and clear communication. English fluency preferred.
