Job Summary
STNA in an assisted living setting working 7AM-7PM on a part-time basis. Provide licensed nursing services to residents, take and record vital signs, assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility), monitor health changes and report to supervisor, assist with medication reminders, care for residents with dementia, contribute to care plans and restorative nursing, ensure resident rights and confidentiality, promote independence and dignity, participate in safety procedures (fire drills, evacuation), attend required trainings and meetings, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a teamwork-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or General Education Degree; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- CNA licensure if required by state
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and effectively
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- English fluency preferred
