STJ Manufacturing Operator Mulit-Shift

Set-up and operate complex machines to produce a wide variety of products with minimal direct supervision while applying knowledge of tooling and material to ensure top quality parts. Perform routine operator maintenance on assigned machines and notify a superior of any conditions requiring Maintenance Department attention. Develop, maintain, and follow ISO documents, work instructions, SOPs, and process sheets to produce and ship products as required. Read complicated blueprints, implement shop-oriented mathematics, and use precision measuring instruments to interpret quality information and carry out duties in conformance with customer and business requirements. Requires two years as an Assemblies Finisher or comparable experience, a forklift license, and the ability to meet physical requirements. Monday through Friday 3PM–11PM and 11PM–7AM shifts with overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed. Starting rate is $22.40 plus shift differential.
