Job Summary
Operate and set up bindery equipment including cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders while monitoring quality and making adjustments. Keep production moving by troubleshooting minor issues, inspecting finished products against standards, and working as part of a team to hit daily goals. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace. This full-time role offers training for those with machinery experience, with a 2nd shift schedule Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Eligible candidates receive a $2,500 hiring bonus after 12 weeks and overtime pay at time and a half. Join a stable, growing print manufacturing company dedicated to quality and team collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.)
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools
- Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
- Take pride in doing quality work
- Show up reliably and work well with a team
- On your feet for most of the shift
- Lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally

- Print, bindery, or finishing experience
- Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment
