Job Summary
Operate and set up bindery equipment including cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders while monitoring quality and making adjustments. Keep machines running smoothly by troubleshooting minor issues and inspecting finished products to ensure they meet standards. Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals while following safety procedures and maintaining a clean workspace. No bindery experience required; training provided for those with machinery operation skills. 2nd shift Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, full-time with overtime opportunities. Competitive pay includes an $2,500 hiring bonus after 12 weeks.
Required Qualifications
- Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.)
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools
- Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
- Take pride in doing quality work
- Show up reliably
- Work well with a team
- Must be available for 2nd shifts (Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
- Must be available for 40 hours/week
- Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally
Desired Qualifications
- Print, bindery, or finishing experience
- Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment
