Job Summary
Operate and set up bindery equipment including cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders while monitoring quality and troubleshooting minor issues to keep production moving. Adjust machines to maintain smooth operation and inspect finished products against quality standards. Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals while following safety procedures and maintaining a clean workspace. No bindery experience required; training provided for those with machinery operation skills. Full-time role on the 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with overtime opportunities and a $2,500 hiring bonus after 12 weeks.
Required Qualifications
- Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.)
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools
- Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
- Take pride in doing quality work
- Show up reliably
- Work well with a team
- Must be available for 2nd shifts (Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
- Must be available for full-time employment (40 hours/week)
- Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally
Desired Qualifications
- Print, bindery, or finishing experience
- Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment
