Job Summary
Operate and set up bindery equipment including cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders while monitoring quality and making adjustments. Keep machines running smoothly by troubleshooting minor issues to maintain daily production goals. Inspect finished products against standards and follow safety procedures to maintain a clean workspace. Work on the second shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with overtime opportunities at time and a half. No prior bindery experience is required; training is provided for those with machinery operation skills. Required Qualifications
- Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.)
- Are mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools
- Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
- Take pride in doing quality work
- Show up reliably and work well with a team
- On your feet for most of the shift
- Lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally

- Print, bindery, or finishing experience
- Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment
