Job Summary
Operate and set up bindery equipment including cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders while monitoring quality and making adjustments. Keep machines running smoothly by troubleshooting minor issues and inspecting finished products to ensure they meet standards. Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals and maintain a clean, organized workspace by following safety procedures. This role requires standing for most of the shift, lifting up to 20 lbs occasionally, and reading basic job instructions. No bindery experience needed; training provided for those with machinery operation skills. Required Qualifications
- Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.)
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools
- Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
- Take pride in doing quality work
- Show up reliably and work well with a team
- On your feet for most of the shift
- Lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally
