Stitcher Machine Operator

Operate and set up bindery equipment including cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders while monitoring quality and troubleshooting minor issues to keep production moving. Maintain machine performance through adjustments and inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals while following safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. On your feet for most of the shift with occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.
