Job Summary
Operate and set up bindery equipment including cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders while monitoring quality and troubleshooting minor issues to keep production moving. Maintain machine performance through adjustments and inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals while following safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. On your feet for most of the shift with occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. We'll train you to run high-speed bindery equipment if you have experience operating machinery in any industry, are mechanically inclined, and can read basic job instructions.
Required Qualifications
- Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.)
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools
- Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
- Take pride in doing quality work
- Show up reliably
- Work well with a team
- Must be available for 2nd shifts (Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
- Must be available for 40 hours/week
- Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally
Desired Qualifications
- Print, bindery, or finishing experience
- Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment
