Job Summary
Plan and deliver high-quality EFL lessons following the ANGLO syllabus, emphasizing speaking and listening skills for teenage students. Liaise with the Teaching Manager and WTS regarding teaching and student matters, while completing weekly schemes of work, attendance registers, and academic reports. Create an inclusive learning environment that supports British culture, ensuring students are prepared for presentations, excursions, and cultural visits. Respond to incidents and complaints appropriately, adhering to safeguarding and welfare policies. Participate in teacher briefings, meetings, and CPD sessions, maintaining high professionalism throughout the 72-hour student programme.
Required Qualifications

- University degree
- TEFLI qualification or equivalent experience (e.g.: CELTA, Trinity CertTESOL, PGCE, 120 hour TEFL course)
- Native or near-native English fluency
